We at CaddyBug USA want your cart experience to be easy and effortless and trust that you will be a happy, satisfied customer for many years to come. You will find our customer service of the highest quality in the golfing industry.
The cart, including the Hub Motors, the charger, and remote control are warranted from manufactures defects for three months from the original date of purchase. This warranty extends to users in the United States.
The battery has a limited three months warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects like loose or broken terminals. Any misuse: dropping the battery, failing to charge properly, storing in a hot environment will all void the battery warranty.
Items that are subject to normal wear: bag straps and tire treads will only be covered for initial (out of the box) manufacturing defects.
CaddyBug USA's warranty is non transferable.
