Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my Caddybug. I appreciate your support in helping me when I had some problems early on as a result of my failure to read the directions carefully.
My cart is getting rave comments from my golfing buddies who have carts 2-3 X more expensive. One of our golfers sold his remote cart and is going to order a Caddybug from you. He was most impressed by the price and the "no gears" feature. |

| I have a Caddybug with remote that I purchased in November of 2005. It has been out on the course about 30 times now and is the best golf investment I have made in 30 years of playing the game! My scores have gone down at about 8 strokes per round. I am no longer tired after 12 or 13 holes and have birdied 18 more than once. We play many courses in our area in Pennsylvainia that are quite hilly and have had no problem. This product works GREAT! Thank you Ron for a well made, dependable golfing partner! |

I have to say I was thrilled with my new CaddyBug cart on its first trial. It was more fun than actually playing the course. I used it off the first tee in manual mode and my two golf partners that were riding in a cart thought I had purchased a regular push cart. They had no idea it was motorized until I pulled out the remote and sent the cart on its way to my ball on the second tee. They were speechless.
It was Dec. 3rd here in Storrs, CT. and it was cold. The cart performed flawlessly and I had one of the best front nines I had all year. I shot 38 with two birdies. I think using the remote kept me focused on my game and allowed me to concentrate more on each shot. For winter golf it was a good day.
I usually have a sore back by the end of a round, but because of the CaddyBug I felt great after playing 13 holes which was all we could squeeze in before dark. I am excited and looking forward to spring and more golf with my new motorized cart.

I used my CaddyBug for the 1st time this weekend and it was everything I hoped. Everything from the ease to set it up to the control system was great. I received a lot of favorable comments from everyone at the course.
The only ones not taking were those who had spent a lot more money on Kangaroos. Actually that isn't totally true. One of them was very impressed with my Caddybug's remote control capability, in that his kangaroos can not reverse and the speed can only be set on the main unit. |

| [ Comments on our new 2008 model ] I absolutely love my CaddyBug! It tracks true, climbs any hill, and leaves me as strong at he end of a round as at the beginning. For anyone looking for a powered cart, I highly recommend it without any reservations. A pleasant surprise was how small it collapses down to for transporting in the car. | My wife used her new Caddybug for the first time today. Loved it 100%. So did the three other ladies in the foursum that she normaly golfs with. [Regarding turning the cart] - With the articulated rear wheels on the Caddy Bug, manual operation requires very little effort to turn. Her comment was "I have never felt so relaxed at the end of a round of golf." Thank you for your prompt response and for selling us such a great product. |

| I’ve had my CaddyBug cart for over 18 months and I can now say that this is one of the best products in golf today. It performs as advertised without a hitch! Essentially trouble free and operates so simply that my six year old nephew learned how to use it in 15 minutes. It is durable, reliable, and provides an excellent pace. No more aching shoulders for me from pushing the old manual golf carts. Battery charges quickly, assembles/dissembles in two minutes, and fits with my clubs in the back of my Toyota Corolla. It has paid for itself within the 1st six months I used it. Oh yea, don’t let me forget to mention you will be the talk of the golf course. Thanks CaddyBug, you have a customer for life! |

I ordered and received a Caddybug maybe a month ago now (bought it for my husband as a surprise). I just had to tell you how much we like it. I have an MGI (that cost nearly 3 times as much as the Caddybug) and I've got to say, the Caddybug is a much better cart. It's easier to handle (not as awkward to carry even though it's about the same weight), fits just fine in the trunk of my small car, has way more "spunk", seems more stable and is quieter.
The hub motors are great (no cotter pin to snap as I've experienced numerous times with the MGI). Assuming it holds up over the years, it's a great buy.
Our home course is very hilly and somewhat lengthy. The Caddybug has plenty of power to handle it. I've used it on several courses with different course conditions and am very impressed. In fact, when my husband isn't using it, I take it instead of the MGI.
This product seems destined to rule the market. Great product and you are great to deal with -- efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. |

I have been using my caddybug for over a month now and I find it to be everything I hoped it would be. I would have bought it even sooner but I was concerned that it was so much less expensive than others that it might be of lesser quality. Once it was delivered I found it to be a sturdy, well-designed machine with which I am well pleased. It appears to be less expensive because of the more sophisticated design which greatly simplifies the drive mechanism. It is a matter of just a minute or two to remove the battery (and the front wheels if desired) and fold it into a compact package to fit into a car trunk or closet, and just as simple to do the reverse. It is very easy to use the remote control, and to switch between remote and manual operation when desired, making it a pleasure to walk through a round of golf. In my view it compares favorably with machines costing two and three times as much.
Of equal value to me is the excellent service I received. Ron Richardson is very generous with his time in answering questions and dealing with any problems. The first machine that was delivered to me had a little problem with the control. When apprised of this, he immediately sent a second machine and arranged for me to send the first one back at no charge to me. In both cases delivery was very prompt. I would recommend the caddybug to anyone who likes to walk when golfing. |

I decided to buy a golf cart at the beginning of golf season, but once I saw the CaddyBug I knew it was the one I had to have. Well had to wait awhile but the wait was well worth it.
Fit and finish of the cart is superb. Elegant in its simplicity.
My home course is incredibly hilly and steep in many places. I take straight up a few banks that are 50 to 75 feet at an angle that is every bit of 45 degrees. I do this standing at the bottom watching not helping.
A fellow called me to ask about the CaddyBug and he made the comment that the price was to low to be a quality cart. Well I am a retired machinist and know a little about fit and finish and the CaddyBug is absolutely first quality. |

Arnie was the one that turned me on to your product and it's been great!
I used to use a push cart, but my back would get sore after 18 holes and I would have to put one of those heat packs on it after my round. With the caddybug, I just press the remote button and let it go up the hills.
Like Arnie, my wife loves my caddybug. Over the last month, I've had enough energy to paint the outside of the house, put in a patio and add on to our wooden deck. If it gets any better, I'll have to return the Caddybug! |

| I received the unit a couple of days ago and it took less than 5 minutes to assemble, a day after that I used it for the first time (shot 74) and it was great not having to carry my bag or rent a cart. It was very easy to fold up and put in my vehicle, my playing partner was impressed at how well it did on the hills and it is smaller than his push/pull cart. I just wanted to say thanks for the CaddyBug. This is by far the best electric caddie on the market.
I have had them all, from orginal Sun Mountain, to the new E-cart and the top of the line Kangaroo. This cart has as much power as the Kangaroo, with the convenience and ease of the Sun Mountain E-cart, for a lot less money.
All of my friends at the club who have purchased other electric carts are considering selling theirs to buy the CaddyBug. In fact, I am in the process of selling my Sun Mountain E-cart, and had to admit to a potential customer that they are better off buying a new CaddyBug, than my E-Cart.

I just wanted to write and thank you for the best golfing decision I’ve made in a long time. I love my Caddybug! I live in Northern California and play several very hilly courses that previously I would usually rent a cart or drag a pull cart around. Since I got my Caddybug, walking has never been more enjoyable. I get great exercise and don’t have to feel the stress of dragging a cart and heavy bag around. It’s truly the best of both worlds.

I have now walked 50 rounds with my [repaired] CaddyBug and the only problem I am having is getting to walk the full 18 holes every round. It seems that everyone I play with wants to walk a "few" holes just to get some exercise. Personally I believe they just want to play with my cart.
I walk with my cart on manual most of the time because it keeps me at a good pace. I will switch to remote to maneuver the CaddyBug around a green or tee box. I am having more fun playing this year than I have in a long time. Thanks for a great product that does all it is suppose too.
PS: I have lost 20 pounds in the process and my blood pressure and good cholesterol have never been better. |
