| Cancellation
Credit cards are verified and charged on placement of order. If there is a problem with your order please call immediately (510 621-7004) and we will work with you to rectify your issues.
Orders cancelled same day (before 5pm PST) will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled later than 5pm PST will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
All products are shipped within 24 hours (unless back-ordered) and there is no cancellation after an order ships.
Shipping
We ship UPS (United Parcel Service) to all fifty states. Customers may choose Ground, 3-day Select, or UPS Next Day Air Saver. All in-stock orders will be filled and shipped normally within three working days from receipt of order, Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on a Friday or Saturday will ship the following week. Same day shipment is possible for orders placed before 11am (Pacific time) Monday through Friday for a 10% expedite fee. For out-of-stock items we will inform you via email of a projected ship date. You will be notified by email when the order ships and be provided with a UPS tracking number. UPS (United Parcel Service) shipping charges are calculated directly by UPS for your shipping location (zipcode), product weight, and shipping method. Due to the weight and size of the carts, a $13 handling fee is added to the shipping charge. There will be no sales tax for shipments to addresses outside of California. 9.75% sales tax will automatically be added to orders shipped within California. Shipping is from our warehouse in Northern California (San Francisco Bay Area).

Returns
CaddyBug USA must authorize all returns. Please call or email for an authorization number before returning any merchandise.
Returns must include all the factory accessories that come with the item. Including, bag straps, charger, battery, remote control, manuals, etc. No returns will be accepted if any of these packed accessories are missing.
Returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam inserts, etc.). Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.
Return of items damaged in transit:
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact CaddyBug USA immediately by phone or email. Be sure to retain all original packaging, including the outer shipping carton. You will be asked to contact UPS and arrange to have the item picked up, inspected, and returned to us. A replacement item will be sent once the damaged item has been received.
Return of non-defective items: We will make every effort to insure that you are thoroughly happy with your cart purchase. We have a great faith in our golf products and if you are in any way dissatisfied will we gladly work with you to solve any issue.
Within 7 days of customer's receipt of product, returns of unused (not used on a golf course or street surface) and non-defective items will be charged an 10% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Within 14 days of customer's receipt of product, returns of used (driven on grass, golf course, or street) and non-defective items will be charged a 22% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Warranty Repair
Defective within 90 Days of receipt:
Product found to be defective within the first 90 Days (within warranty period) should be sent to the CaddyBug USA Service Center for repairs. Please save your packing box for shipping or a new packing container will be charged with the return shipment. CaddyBug USA will pay for repairs and parts and return carrier shipping.
CaddyBug USA's warranty is non transferable.
